Join HCPH for the Fast Steps, Strong Hearts Walk on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Crestmont Park Community Center in Houston. This free community event invites people of all ages to walk with us and raise awareness about stroke prevention and heart health. Throughout the morning, participants will learn how to recognize the warning signs of a stroke, discover ways to reduce their risk, and connect with local health experts and organizations dedicated to helping our community stay healthy. To keep the energy high, we’ll have music from a live DJ and a fun Mixxed Fit dance session led by an HTX Certified Coach.
The Fast Steps, Strong Hearts Walk is about more than just getting active—it’s a chance to empower our community with the knowledge and tools needed to prevent strokes and improve heart health.
